Watched 10 minutes of it and had to shut it off. Not a true representation of anime - if you don’t know anything about it you would think anime is nothing but bloody violent grotesque animation. The producer/host did not do any homework at all and the “documentary” was just a randomly selected interviews (she didn’t even do half of the interviews herself).

4/5 and I love it. It’s a “fantasy comedy“ and it was amusing enough to keep me entertained for 91 minutes. People who overanalyzed this movie and gave it a bad score because the plot didn’t make sense or the characters were not developed enough need to chill and enjoy life more. Great acting by Brie and interesting storyline IMO.
