Not too bad of a show but it gives people the impression that you could safely do all these things without losing weight. Jeff claims the world would be a better place if more people were about "body positivity" leaving health out of the conversation. Before you immediately cut me off and call me a fat -shamer, look at the statistics of guys his size. Hes a great guy who clearly has tons of ambitions and actually enjoys the outdoors rather than wasting it indoors behind a gaming console. I really like that but this man is extremely unhealthy and his life is literally at risk. It's not okay. He showed a picture of himself climbing pikes peak and he was half the size, so he's gaining weight while going on these life-goal excursions. His heart is struggling. I don't like the fact that America wants to sugarcoat obesity and call ME a fat shamer. If his size had nothing to do with his lifespan, I couldn't care less but giving the young people the idea that they should be proud of their bodies at this size and that they could still do anything is absolutely false. This is absolutely ridiculous and I hope he takes control of his life and sets a goal and sticks with it before more complications occur.
