The first season was slow and deliberate, as it should be with such a complex narrative, the sci fi was secondary to the story and I really enjoyed how it played out. However in complete contrast season 2 was pretty much bonkers from the word go. Having invested so much in the story and developing the characters in season 1 you are invested in the show which is replayed by sticking with the different vibe of season 2, I thoroughly enjoyed both seasons but for completely different reasons.

Exhausting…Martin freeman can do no wrong

Excellent escapism, visually it was very good and although it isn’t squid game it is still very enjoyable and clever.

I loved this show, great character development of great characters, this was the best show i’ve watched in ages. I thought it was as superb slick stylish series in the true Japanese style, It was funny, clever and an absolute tragedy that it was cancelled, why why why given some of the dross that gets a second series these days. It was absolute quality with a stylish soundtrack, perfect.
