It's terrible! I love Tarek but he tries so hard to make us believe that Heather actually brings value to the show. I'm sorry, it's not working. She literally repeats every thing he says. She doesn't convey any credibility whatsoever. Tarek is going to take a significant hit if he continues to "partner up" with her. Keep business and marriage separate.
