For those confused about the positive and negative reviews, let me summarise. Really depends on your taste whether or not you will like this movie, that being said, the negative reviews are poorly written, and the positive don't address the movie won't be for everyone. The movie is a slow burn, very atmospheric and aesthetically incredibly beautiful. It's a bit of a different one, definitely enjoyable and worth the watch, but if you do need stuff going on constantly, it won't be for you. i'd recommend this to people who have seen horror movies before, but probably not the best to start on, it's a nice break from the typical horror movie style while still being scary. In terms of flaws, some of the ideas could have been a little more fleshed out, but I don't think anything was TRULY under addressed. But don't listen to the other reviews, idk if those people had the attention span of a goldfish but almost everything the other reviews said is not explained or resolved ACTUALLY IS, clearly they just weren't following along, not that it is particularly difficult to. Perhaps a little more so than simpler movies because there is a few different plot points going on, but by no means a super complicated or difficult to follow movie. And I suppose the ending could have been a little better, but by no means horrible, won't say anything more for spoilers. Overall, this is a great movie, but every movie does something different, and the people leaving negative reviews, well, it's definitely fair enough they didn't enjoy it, but I wouldn't say something not being your preference makes it a BAD movie, just not for everyone. Also, it is a bit slow, but come on the movie is 80 minutes long?? My attention span has been destroyed in the last decade and even I can still sit through that. I would recommend for people interested in something a bit different, who have seen a lot of horror movies and are becoming tired or desensitised to the typical format, anyone interested in watching an aesthetically beautiful movie or anyone willing to try something a bit different. Overall great movie, really enjoyed it and I've been struggling to be scared by or enjoy horror movies as of late. I would rank it 8.5/10, acknowledging that there are some flaws but if it is for you it will be very enjoyable. Just consider it's somewhat unique and considering everyone has different taste there is nothing wrong with not enjoying this movie, but if it sounds interesting to you it is definitely worth the watch!
