If you are looking for an accurate historical account of the loss of the Endeavor and Terror and their crew, this isn’t it. It is billed as being based on a true story. The only thing that is “true” is that these two vessels set off to find the northwest passage. That’s it. The rest is pure fiction from the imagination of the writers. It really gets dumb when they create a “criptid” monster to start killing and eating the crew. Not worth your time if you are looking for accurate history. But if you like fictional nonsense, you might like it.
