Amazing book I just finished ‘Gilded Hoofprints’ and am absolutely amazed. The account of Edward Dudley Brown's life deeply touched me. The book goes well beyond his achievements in horse racing, showcasing resilience and the ability to surmount what appear to be insurmountable obstacles. Sultan Zeshan skillfully immerses readers in the reality of post-Civil War America, making Edward's struggles and successes feel deeply personal. This book powerfully demonstrates the importance of hope and relentless effort. I can't recommend it enough. The narrative is so powerful that it deserves not only to be read but to be brought to life in a movie or an animated series. It's a must-read for everyone. Really, it's puzzling why this story hasn't been made into a movie or series yet. Its brilliance is too vast to be limited to the pages of a book.
