0 stars Every. Single. Character. Except. For. Charlotte. Is. INSANE. My little brother loves this show and I think he's killing his brain cells. Some of the jokes seem slightly inapropiate. I hate Jasper the most, with Piper at a Close second. Scratch that, I hate Captain Man/Ray more than them. This show is a disgrace to all good tv. The superhero part is so boring, it seems like an unneeded side story. This show is below Baby Shark and Pinkfong's Space Adventure. I would rather watch MLP on Netflix than this.

Putting this in one star because people look at those first. I don't understand why bad reviews say the older version is like the book. Let's see...wrong song lyrics, a huge piece of the plot NEVER happened in the book, children got eliminated in different ways, the ONLY accurate thing in the older movie was probably the description of Willy Wonka and the names. Not to mention, Roald Dahl hated the 1971 version so much, he never let anyone make another movie of one of his books again. (Good choice Roald, have you seen James and the Giant Peach? The Matilda I watched was okay, but Fantastic Mr. Fox was all wrong.) Some people are complaining that it's dark. The book was dark. Most Roald Dahl books were dark, one of his children or grandchilden said that in the beginning of a collection of Roald Dahl books. They were both slightly dark and whimsical, and this movie is incredibly accurate. The only big change was Willy Wonka's backstory, which was weird, but added depth to the character. The songs were only changed to be more easily sung. This is an incredibly true to the book movie that I love.
