Strongly echoes of Patterson and Lupica's The House of Wolves... ? I want to comment on the show, the quality, the cast, the cinematography, the choices made here, but I'm stuck on oddly familiar/specific tropes and character sequences within the outline that seem repetitive and, ultimately, derivative of an unacknowledged publication by authors that predate the release of this depiction vs. prior publication. There certainly are adjustments, but the similarities mirror unforgiving echoes upon the chasm of plot lines, developments, names, outlines, and even location. It's just... too uncanny.
