OMG I just finished it and its just my kind of story. I'm a single mom with a special black boy and I use to think we are one tragedy away from him being a villain. LOL So when I saw the comic book I was all about supporting it. Now we have the show and it was wonderful. My son and I loved This story. We love the kid that played Dion the Most, he was like a normal kid that wasn't acting. My son was like does he know this is fake? The moms side stuff was just ok but played the single worried mom side well. That part is So dang relatable. Freaking loved it overall. I loved the lessons learned and message shared. I loved the diverse relationships showed. I loved speculating what would happen next. I want more. If you like Black Lightening or the Flash tv shows you will love Raising Dion too or more so.
