I feel like you have to be a real Hollywood fanatic to appreciate this film. For me, the 2 hours and 45 minutes seemed to drag, and I constantly felt like I was waiting for something to happen. The action and violence I expect from Tarantino only came in the last 15 minutes or so, the rest of the film bored me quite frankly. I cant fault the acting or directing, but the storyline does let this film down. I could see Tarantino, his hollywood peers and probably most film critics really enjoying this picture, but for someone average like me there was precious little in the story to keep me entertained. This might be one of those films that's easier to enjoy from the comforts of home where you can pause it and take a break if needed, but I wouldnt recommend seeing this in cinema.
