An intelligent and highly original take on action. While I can see validity in some of the criticisms others have voiced, I’m baffled at how the negative ratings have brought this below 4 stars. If you’re expecting John Wick, then no, this is not that. I was drawn in to the story, the character, and the well scripted non-lethal action. Well done.

Just finished watching Episode 3. I don’t have it in me to invest the time necessary to enumerate all the things I hate about it. Keep the well choreographed fight scenes from the first 2 episodes, throw the rest in the trash, and then please, for god sakes, turn over the entire franchise to the brilliant team that brought us Andor, the one shining star in a galaxy of mediocrity that is Disney Star Wars.

It’s trash, just like the first one. I love sci-fi so really wanted to give the series a second chance, but it’s the same background stories told through exposition flashbacks for characters you never build any attachment to. After watching masterpieces like the Dune movies, this is just depressing.
