Engaging , Beautifully written, acted Very very good portrayal of recovery from trauma, grief and addiction. As a therapist I can say they really understood it and “got it”.

Quirky, different, binge worthy show that has many stereotypes and flaws but presents important topics (like family emeshment, intersectionality, intimacy, body shaming, sexuality,finding one's truth and identity, and dealing with being atypical and marginal in many forms). Its poignancy and compassion for its characters facing challenges, making mistakes, and staying connected, make up for its failings.
