Now hear me out folks, I'll watch literally anything with a shark in it & believe me I've watched some utter garbage & that is why I've scored this a 4* not because it's good, it's absolutely terrible but because it's actually laughable. When you compare this to the cult classic jaws you really will laugh, back in the day they obviously didn't have the tech we do now do & that shark was more realistic this looks looks like someone stuck a sticker on the camera lense 😅 the only redemption is the main actor is pretty good & hot

This film actually surprised me, I'd watched the trailer & was very disappointed but a friend still wanted to see it so thought what the heck, we are both huge fans of the franchise & watching terrible films is sort of our tradition. Definitely wasn't what I was expecting but I oddly still enjoyed it, it was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. Nothing will ever top the 1st 2 films ( aliens is actually my favourite) but it's not terrible & worth a watch. There's definitely a twist I don't think anyone will be expecting

Waited to see this as amazon kept teasing it & I wondered ( as a history buff) if it would be something to do with lady jane grey so I eagerly awaited the release. Usually shows like this annoy me with the inaccurate writing ( I didn't know this was based on a book ) especially as these were real people being portrayed. As soon as a I saw that some key characters where inaccurately represented I thought o God here we go again with this nandy pandy race diversity BUT within 10 mins I had to eat my words. If like me your a fellow history buff you have to set aside the historical truths and forget everything you know to be true. This series was phenomenal- well written with fantastic actors. It's like tudor England, meets the 21st century with abit of Harry Potter fantasy vibes. I honestly was blown away by this series & I hope they do a second one. Again, put aside what you know to be true & just go with it & I hope through this series it sparks an interest and people do their own research into these people, who were real English nobility & royalty. 10/10 from me for this series!

One of the best shows I've ever watched & yes I'm a decade late to the party but this show is a must see! One or two episodes were boring & pointless & mostbof my favourite characters died but as a whole 10/10. I'm managed to watch all 11 season in 3 weeks ( I also have a full time job so I'm out 11 hours a day) - I've barely slept in 3 weeks as I was glued to the tv. If you've not seen it - watch it, I'm off for a nap 🤣
