Important Points that is derived from the Promos of the Serial “Ishq Subhanallah” :- 1) The Producers claims/describes this serial ‘Ishq Subanallah’ as work of fiction but actually it deals with the real Islamic practice and subject of Triple Talaq 2) The title of the Serial is not in sync or match with the contents of the serial due to rude, aggressive and Quranic teaching not supported by ‘Verses’ or reference of authentic Hadees. 3) The backdrop of Riots in the serial Is deliberately shown to project Muslims in bad light. 4) The serial shows the Islam in bad light and Muslims as aggressive & trouble makers. 5) The female actor (Eisha Singh) in the serial says “Allah se darte nahi, Mohabbat Karte hai”. This is not the correct interpretation of the Quran or Islamic Hadiths, as there are various holy verses which are subjective and not generalized. 6) The actor ‘Kabeer Khan’ states during the interaction that ‘Don’t teach Abbu, who is 5 times namazi and since last 40 years he is praying. Here the director wants to convey that generally ‘The Namazi’s are illiterate and have no knowledge of Quran and authentic teachings of Islam. 7) Triple talaq bill has been passed but yet there are protests from various women groups. 8) The Script of the entire serial is made to understand that Islam religion needs lot of changes, revival, amendments on the backdrop of ‘Triple Talaq’. 9) The Molvi the ‘Hero’ is from Madarasa and the Producer/Director/ and his ideology, thought, understanding of islam and its concepts are narrow minded. 10) The Female character ‘Zehra’ ( Eisha Singh) mentions ‘Ramzan Roza’ as reference to term equality in Islam. Hence deliberately chosen topic are demonstrated to malign the practice of Islam. The message is conveyed to the audience that the practice of Muslims are in contrary to the teachings of islam and hence amendments on many fronts required. 11) The Female actor ‘Zehra’ (Eisha Singh) is shows as graduate from Muslim University and shown as well learned. 12) The serial has mention, characters and shootings of events such as 1) Triple Talaq Bill 2) Media Release of Triple Talaq Bill 3) Demonstrations 4) All India Muslim Personal Law Board is shows as ‘Sharia Board’ 13) In one of the scenes, the meaning of ‘Jihad’ is generalized and not explained well. Speaking Lie and its reference in Quran not explained but generalized. 14) Many plots, scenes misrepresentation have been clearly made in the name of 02 individuals’ ideology who are representing Islam. 15) The concept, representation, communication to the audience, viewers of demonstrating the Equality of women in the pretext, teachings of islam is not relevant. 16) The concept of Talaq including ‘Triple Talaq’ is not explained well in the serial. The backdrop, reasoning, instances, situations for talaq and it types are different and also process. Again the Shia Community has a different process of Talaq versus Sunni Islam. This is ignored. 17) This serial is a hard work of Right Wing Extremists who wants to malign the pure and pious of Islam.
