I am a huge fan of the original Charmed. I thought why not give the new version a chance and watched both seasons on Netflix. Here are my thoughts. The reboot seems to be a show about Witches that happen to be sisters and need that connection. The original show was about Sisters that happen to be witches - this is the biggest difference, and why the whole chemistry for the show is wrong. 1. Rushed storylines. No Character Development at all. 2. The Charmed ones have zero chemistry 3. Nods to some things in the Original i.i. The Book of Shadows, The power of 3, the source, even the oldest sister closing the door to the house with her mind.
