the fault is not in themselves (the political power that holds responsibility for them, creates this way and they don't care). when the political power of the region is in the hands of people not in their knowledge (stupid people) then wait for the destruction of the people of that area. only knowledgeable humans are elevated to the same degree as God and become useful humans (as good as humans live)
