I was bored to tears. I expected great things as I’m a huge fan of Downton Abbey and Julian Fellowes. I hung in there for 2 1/2 episodes, thinking it would have to get better. It didn’t!

Without exception this was one of the most dreadful movies I’ve seen! So much great talent and potential wasted in a truly embarrassing motion picture.

Based on all the reviews I wasn’t expecting to like it. I didn’t love it but found it surprisingly good, especially all the flashbacks. They were an integral part of the story and actually defined the story. Well done!

Acting was great but the movie was a huge disappointment. I don’t know what all the fuss was; it was mediocre at best.

The acting was excellent, but I found the story for the most part slow and boring. It didn’t feel at all like a comedy!

Absolutely fascinating, and so well made!

Based on everything I had heard and read about this movie, I was prepared to love it. Unfortunately I found it quite boring until the last 30 minutes or so when it came to life! Not something I could ever sit thru again.

I just binge watched the first 5 episodes and was totally mesmerized! What an excellent show this is, with spot on talent! I don’t understand how anyone could be bored with it! What an amazing ride!!
