Just watched the series on HBO's app as it has all of them and I've yet to see any of them. I have to say, even though it was a little nerdy with the wand flailing and spell names, the actually story is top notch. 5 out of 5 all around. I've seen every movie series there is, from Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings, The Matrix, Star Wars, ECT., ECT. It really does rank up there with the best of them. I can't believe I was so reluctant to watch any of them. A Must watch for sure

I have never seen a better adaptation of a video game character as Cavill playing Geralt. The story line is a mash up of the books and it's just great. They take the story and alter it in a way that stays true to the series but leaves you not knowing quite what will happen next if you've read the books. When he let the monster eat the man who cast the curse on the pregnant woman, I was laughing because in the book he was let go. Loved it. I'll probably end up watching it 10 times though, the next season won't be out for a while. Bravo Netflix, Bravo
