I know I am a very. emotional person and so the fact that I loved this movie is not surprising to me or anyone who knows me. There is no cure for M.D. and after a huge number of years there is still research on dogs that has not shown any results. The dogs are tortured and killed. The answer lies in the lab. A DNA mutation that might have some hope but not the continued torture of dogs. There is often a great deal of pain and suffering. Get tested to see if u are o carrier or have family history. This story is beautiful because it is a movie andthe caregiver is is unique and the young man a gifted actor . They learn from each other. This rarely happens. While the movie is very touching. I would love to see some commentary on the disease and where $ and research should be directed.
