Quite a title. Now let's see now. The entire account written in this book's part 7, published in March, 2019, concerning my father Starling Mack Nations relationship with killer Richard Eugene Hickock was first appeared in my own memoir titled "Inside My Father's Shoes" completed on September 26, 2013. My story's effective date of copyrighted registration was completed on February 14, 2014. The text, the cover photograph and compilation of preexisting photos and documents are all inclusive in said copyright certificate of registration. Perhaps Mr. McAvoy, Mr. Nye and their book's publisher have heard of this concept before, since even the copyrighted photograph of my father Starling Mack Nations is found inside their book without ever obtaining written permission from myself in order to do so.
