I don't know how to feel after watching that movie because it was really good but at the same time very unsettling. It's an eyes opener on the subjects of drugs addictions, mental illness, homelessness and how it affect the people suffering from them (and there loved ones). In a way, I'd put this movie in the same category as Requiem for a dream as it let the viewer ''understand'' how these characters got there and how confusing there situation can be. Overall I would recommend this movie but beware, the trailer is not representative of the movie at all.
