Don't trust the trailer...it does not accurately describes this movie. It appears to be a bright, fun movie about a kids imagination and a creative world with cute characters. The 'most fun you'll have this summer'. Far from the full story: it's starts off cute and takes a dark turn not long in, with the mom getting sick and going away. It highlights a little girl who is scared she will never see her mom again and the depression she feels which causes the whole beautiful park she once envisioned to collapse into ruin and be taken over by darkness and mini evil monkeys. The first and last 10 minutes are cute...I didn't enjoy anything in between.
