My 3 (girl) and 7 (boy) year old grandchildren) love this book... exquisite drawings with so much to explore in them rather just read the words and turn the page, we have lots of discussions about it, the feelings of the unamed characters in the drawings and why they might be there, encourages them to make up their own stories. Fabulous!
