Kevin Flynn (Retro Pixel Lizard)

This review for the Sega Genesis version which came a year later and I seen quite a lot, but this? This is the worst fighting game on the Genesis, and I'm not extravagating, the controls are terrible (You need to hold the attack button) with fights feeling like even if you do have skill, you'll need to rely on RNG even if you make quite the tactical choices in spending your fight purse on health, items and attack power. But the dumb decisions in design doesn't stop there, the only way you can select characters is by inputting a cheat code or you'll be stuck playing as a Harvard Graduate who holds the most decapitations on earth in a single year, too bad you won't see him do that and this was before Mortal Kombat so they had nothing to "inspire" them into copying a "FINISH HIM!". Avoid this, unless you enjoy playing games this bad just to laugh at.
