First of all I would never allow any chef cook or waitress working in my restaurant not wearing a hair net. Second a chef or cook in my kitchen wearing jewelry would not be allowed in my kitchen. And third and not in the least important in a kitchen not only is important to control the atmosphere but know how to deal with it. No real substance that I can relate with in a kitchen. Just a lousy show. Period
