Don't listen to these artsy-fartsy "expert" critics. So what if it's a bit "historically inaccurate?" It's an underrated masterpiece, is what it is. It's beautiful, violent, emotional, and powerful from start to finish. Mel Gibson directed one hell of a movie here. And you'd behoove yourself to see it at least twice!
