Love the book, the story and lesson it shares.
A must read! I love this book for so many reasons. A very true experience of what it's like to be Vietnamese American growing up in America, shared in a children's story. I connected with it and many parts of this book resonated with me. I love that I can share this text with my students, I appreciate that I share the culture and experience through children's literature.
