Seldom has a show kept me thinking deeply about its characters even when I don’t perceive all of them to be that believable. I think the complex interactions and connections between the characters keep me interested and engaged despite the fact that some of them are exaggerated or overdone IMHO. I wouldn’t call the show mesmerizing (Downton Abbey, for example) but it is quite interesting in the best sense of the word.
