This is one of the worst superhero movies I think I've ever seen. The plot was terrible, the "villain" was boring and muddled, and it was super long. It just bounces from set piece to set piece but in the worst way possible. I mean, Aquaman was no Oscar winner but at least it was entertaining and showed you some things you hadn't seen before. The villain and the Dream Stone are probably the worst aspects. The character has no clear stated goals, no basis for his knowledge of this magic thing. This really doesn't slot into the DCEU at all. Like, WW can fly in 1984? But not in Batman v. Superman? Or Justice League? All this chaos happens, magical walls, near-nuclear war, flying women, and in Man of Steel there is no mention of any of this? It's all just lazy writing and poo execution.
