I wanted to love this show as the Anne of Green gables were everything to me when I was younger but after two seasons and only a few actual scenes derived from the book and so many more scenes to make Anne a modern day feminist with a new world flow of love I can not take it. If you wanted a modern day feminist lgbtq version then you should have set it in modern day. Instead you corrupt a classic shoving ideas where they would have caused outrage and completely caused Anne to be a social pariah in that time. I would have been fine and probably would have loved the show if it was set in modern day with Anne being a blogger but as you set it in the 1880’s the story is not realistic enough to be watched.
