The Orville is an outstanding show. It’s a perfect blend of sci-fi adventure and comedy. It’s like watching star trek next generation and family guy at the same time. While the show cannot compete with Star Trek as a space faring adventure it makes up for it with well placed and very tactful humor. Likewise while the show cannot compete with family guy in its humor it makes up for it with captivating enough adventure. Once again, Seth MacFarlane proves an entertainment genius.
