well I dont know what others think but I love the movie. the story is totally different from the old time cinderella . she is not cinderella, she is ELLA . A woman dont just dream to marry a handsome,rich guy. She can have dream too to live on her own. And she can choose dream before a prince charming. Like camilla said in the movie. "If I have a choice, I would choose ME". The ending is pretty funny too. Now I would like to say. the movie still follows the old style of how the boy just fall in love at first sight and the girl too fall for him after meeting just once. But I still love it. the message it send out and the change in the way woman were shown as weak, crying, need a man for everything. Ella is not that woman. She is strong, chasing her dream, ambitious and she is damn cool. The prince is cool too.. he left the throne and gave to the one deserving" his sister" . well if the princess is not coming to him...he might go with the princess instead
