When I first saw the trailer for this, I really couldn't comprehend what I was looking at. And then something I had read online caused me to decide to watch this series and I am so happy I did. I've probably watched/listened to it about 50 times. I can't get enough of the music and story. It can be a lot at first but I think that was the point. To feel things from Horse's view...and she was dealing with a lot even prior to "falling into" Centaur World. But once you get to know the "a lot" you realize they are all just as lost and broken as Horse is. Plus the overly dark storyline lingering through the charm and magic. It's a feels train.

lol at the criticism from people who grew up with Pepé Le Pew and deeming rape from a women as bad but if it's a male skunk it was probably fine when you were a kid. Movie isn't political but takes an interesting swing at Trump's known inappropriate behavior though it's short and the movie continues after he's "attacked" by a dog. The rest of the movie is standard kid movie that isn't produced by Pixar.
