A beautifully made movie that is well worth seeing. Its themes of antisemitism and the evil that people can do is very timely. Its themes of kindness and first love are touching and much needed in these divisive times. I highly recommend it!

I was very disappointed in this movie. It has a great cast but the script falls flat. And the gimmicky ending reveal was a big no for me.

I enjoyed this documentary. It's an overview of Janis from her childhood in Port Arthur to her rise in San Francisco with Big Brother and the Holding Company and beyond. Lots of footage of her that I had never seen and commentary from her sister, brother, musicians, and friends. If you are a Janis fan or just curious about her it's definitely worth a watch.
