John Fields

Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. If you're easily offended or overly 'woke'this won't be for you as this really does go back to 'old school management style' which would have been more at home in the early 80's. It did miss opportunities to explore further elements of some characters but I felt this was intentional leaving it up to the viewer to work it out. I liked it and thought the ending was very smart with a message to the viewer. It won't be everyone's cup of tea, but it ticked some of my darker humour boxes for sure.

Very believeable characters and although may be not so accurate to the real life story, but a very good fictitious story line. The trials and tribulations experienced by Aaron Wallace in the series resonates with me and a close friend who is currently still incarcerated but qualified while in Prison. The way the system has treated him over the lat 18 years has been nothimg short of vindictive and a personal attack by the authorities. The series is based in USA. But just to put the record straight, it isn't restricted to there! My friend is a victim of British injustice! Definately worth a watch!
