What a fascinating way to tell a movie. Jake Gyllenhaal was absolutely amazing. The camera is on him for 98% of the film. This had to be one of the cheapest films ever to make, cause there was 3 rooms for the entire set. Pure acting. I feel as though I watched the story unfold, but it was just in my mind. That's what a great film does. Plus had the "turn" that switched the inner brain... brilliant. Great movie about our guilt, what we don't want to see, and how the truth can make us free. This film is not something that everyone would want to watch, but for someone that likes Art, it's fantastic.

Fantastic sports movie and the behind the scenes look at the stress of owners and agents and scouts wishing and hoping the best of their prospects. This is a 5.5 star for basketball fans... But still definitely a 5 star film for all viewers.

You doubt everything you see...even the end....so you never know if anything is true. Very odd movie, good acting, but hard to like

Bravo everybody! Racism exists and will never go away! There's no hope....ever....even when there could have been. Just thought films tried a little harder to give hope in a chaotic world. Not this one, it's as racist as can be with no hope for a better world. Sorry white cops, there's no hope for you, can't change....even if you wanted to. Sorry black folks, you'll always be the victim, forever, no way to change the past....or future. But obviously we have to believe in something greater. But Is this really how the movie ended? An ending of no hope or change? Come on people. There has to be some sort of prayer that things can change, or there will be a war of division. We need love damnit! Not a movie with no hope. Love when you should hate, care when you shouldn't, give when you have so little. It's the only answer. Love hope and charity! And this film says it's not possible. At least not for white people. Good riddance.
