Just when we thought the old-school Dharma Drama formula was over, BANG! this movie brings the magic back. The presence of Jaya Bachan, Sabana Azmi and Dharamendra is AMAZING. They got age-appropriate roles which they nailed. The casting is amazing and everyone plays their role well. Ranveer and Alia have always shared great onscreen chemistry and they share the same in this movie too.

Keeps you engaged! The movie is calming and takes you along well. However, I saw much more potential in the story that wasn't utilized. It was like Drishyam but in Kalimpong with Bob Bishwas in it. It was brave of Kareena to do such an intense role which she nailed. Vijay and Jaideep have proved their skills time and again.

Jimmy Shergill deserves to be in better films and earn more so that he doesn't have to be in one of these.

I cannot stop thinking about Qala! Qala was a much-awaited movie for me. I enjoyed the movie; the cinematography, acting and music shine. The female-centric period drama has a very interesting dark psychological angle to it. Tripti Dimri through her acting makes the audience, love her, pity her, and dislike her too. She is a brilliant actress and makes an impact without any dialogue. The other cast and crew are also brilliant. Babil Khan's screen presence makes us love him. He has a lot of potentials as an actor cannot wait to see more of him. He carries the legacy of his father. I think overall the movie is brilliant and visually stunning but it is a bit slow and predictable at times. However, I highly recommend this movie and you trust me, you cannot stop thinking about it even after the movie ends.

Gehraiyaan is the kind of movie which can be called "Deep". The story might not be too relatable but the main problem with the movie is that it is dragged too much. The movie is very slow and at times the audience feels like skipping through the parts just to get to the end. The actors are very good and convincing. Deepika and Ananya have lovely outfits. Siddhant Chaturvedi is very charming and memorable in the movie.

The story is very interesting with a humorous side. The star cast is an exceptional and very enjoyable way of storytelling.

This movie is like a melancholic poem beautifully written.
