Her suggestion last night: to prevent drive-offs, pursuits and all of the dangerous action that accompanies them, officers when they approach the car pulled over should carry a short spike strip w them and before questioning the driver simply place the strip in front of rear wheel. t. Pursuits can be prevented. Love the program!
