personally i think that neither the onslaught of good professional reviews or bad public reviews are deserved. I am a little over 6 hours in and have had a lot of fun with the gameplay, the upgrade system is so cool, the combat is smooth, and there are quite a few moments in the story that make you feel a lot. On the flipside, I am not enjoying how little the story in the game matters, or how poorly written it is. As a sequel to TLOU this game doesn't even get close to the original, but it is a decent game if you look at it as a separate thing. Overall it is a very different style game than the first one. I would give it a 7/10, 4 stars is the closest I could do. I will likely add more as I play through the game and think about where they went right and where they went wrong more.
