If you liked the game Generation Zero then you'll like this game as it has a similar atmosphere and music to it as well as a likeness in difficulty so you run out of health fast against the machines and it's fun and satisfying to play too because unlike fighting humans with these type of games you are destroying metal and hitting their weak spots such as the red eye that glows like a beacon. You can decide to go stealth or go flying bullets. There are different kinds of enemies too such as spider scouts being the easiest but strongest as a pack with predictable behavior patterns such as detection with red being the worst so you can choose to fight or flight but you can easily become outnumbered and get yourself in a pickle so it would be wise to use the ultraviolet vision to see through walls etc. You play as Jacob Rivers the main important person part of the resistance, scavenging for supplies and looking out for survivors, keeping low and kicking tin cans! You get to interact with characters if prompted to affect the future of the story and you also get assigned side quests with your main quests. This game feels like a standalone terminator movie and picks up well on the camps and events. If you ain't in the mood for long cut scenes and movies and enjoy collecting items in post apocalyptic world's then this is a great game to jump into as it keeps it brief, realistic and always on the move and the characters have strong personalities too, the scripts are well written and it isn't a drag so it doesn't keep you forever in conversations and if your personality is witty like mine and bored easily then you'll keep up well with the wittiness tied in with action as well as plenty of opportunities to lockpick locks. What's not to like!

If I had to give it more stars based on nostalgia alone I would. I remember being stuck on this game as a kid despite having adult content and I didn't know the doors opened based on enemies killed. But after the Nostalgia 5 levels in that'll quickly wear off and it becomes repetitive. It's one of those games that has better cutscenes than gameplay and is only good if you're a crazed fan of southpark. The different quirky weapons is fun to have that you wouldn't expect in other games such as firing a turkey with a toilet plunger and a toy gun but the game isn't challenging whatsoever and having a radar showing you nearby enemies makes it even easier, higher quantity of enemies doesn't increase difficulty once you learn the strengths. The game prides itself as a game with a storyline when actually all it is, is a survival game so you'll see a repeat of Maps, enemies, missions. It's lazily achieved by writing different objectives to make it seem its more to it. It gets plain as the snow and you end up playing it brainlessly and losing care for it

South Park

Other people tend to hate on this game but I genuinely think it's fun so don't let the views put you off. I think it's great that you're able to ride a boat so early on in the game and do so many different types of chases so it kept my attention as opposed to it being a slow burner. If you're into non stop action, open world gta type and uncharted then this game is for you, obviously the shooting mechanics ain't nowhere near as fun as uncharted but the game tests you on your agility, fast reactions and reflexes like it to be able to make quick precise decisions on the go. However it's such a shame the controls are so sloppy and awkward like it ruins the game.. If you move slightly to the right on your boat then he falls into the water and there's a glitch where you can die from that if your health is critically low. If this game wasn't so poorly designed then it could've had so much potential and not have been so overlooked because the map locations of Nice in France are really pretty and for an open world game like gta it makes a nice change from a typical american appearance to it, you can tell it has a European feeling to the environments and i honestly think some of it looks better than gta vice city which is an underrated opinion
