Bad, when Jeff goldblum said "it's not about us" alongside the EIGHT MAIN CHARACTERS(?) I realized this movie must have been written with the assistance of Chinese propagandists. Even beside that, it was just bad, plot was hard to follow, and I'm very good at suspending realistic concepts for the sake of a decent sci fi, but even I was shaking my head while watching this. Save your money and rewatch the original.
