Predictable but characters and plot are unbelievable.

I am so disappointed with the quality of writing and plot compared to her other books. I gather it was an early release but with a little editing it could be much improved.

My daughter is autistic and there are so many of Fern’s stories that are so relatable. I was that mother that didn’t get it, initially. Thank goodness we got the diagnosis age 11. But, overall, I don't this is a very helpful depiction of autism at all. Sorry.

I think the whole situation is completely unbelievable and the main characters are despicable. I do not recommend.

Very disappointing. I read all 7 in succession and so could see the deterioration of the quality of the writing and the plots. Pa Salt is also, sadly, underwhelming. Loved the first 4 and their historical elements.

I can only imagine the good reviews are because it reads better than it sounds on Audio Books. Also the protagonist is supposedly bright and not naive. How can she see it all not coming? And please leave the dog out of it!

Absolute drivel. Full of cliches and beyond cheesy. Poor plot. Unbelievable characters. My first and last Jeffery Archer.
