I was so excited to see this movie. The cast was definitely the draw for me to go and I have always loved Lady Gaga. It took a lot to talk my son into going to see it Thanksgiving Day but he did. Well, 1 hour in we are looking at each other like “Is it going to get any better?” Sadly, it never did. It’s not often we go to the theater and my hopes were high for this movie. While the movie has an all star cast, the story line was lackluster and a lot of ‘forced’ acting/overacting. Save your money and wait til it comes out on Amazon or Netflix.

The best movie I have seen in ages and definitely a conversation that needs to be had. It was so true to life, to a woman’s experience in society, and a look into the ‘good ole boys’ club that needs disbanding. I hope there will be more movies like this so we can raise the standard but also let men know what it’s like to walk around afraid just because you have a vagina
