Extremely emotional after being in a VERY similar situation years ago. Anyone who has had things thrown at their head and have had things smashed all around them knows how scary that can be. Walking on eggshells every day not knowing when or what would set him off is a horrible way to live. Throwing and smashing things are just the beginning. Over time, that gets worse & worse. To the person that says about the white woman not having to clean toilets, I am a white woman. I have cleaned many toilets. Because I HAD to. When that’s all you can find to earn money, that’s what you do. No one wants to hire without experience. I am years out from my abuse now, but it was a long, hard & scary road.
