I have watched every episode of doctor who since the unaired pilot. I have no issues with sex, gender or race. I have no issues with the doctor being a woman and had it been at a time when the BBC were being pressured for gender bias I would have had no issues in this regard. I like Doctor Who's inclusive nature however I can say with all honesty I just don't get the way the BBC have sabotaged something I have enjoyed since I was a child in this way. Either the writers need to go back and watch what doctor who is about or give up and write for EastEnders. They seem to be jumping on every bandwagon but missing the point entirely. The doctor was always slightly dark. I feel let down by the BBC.
