I've owned a copy of this book since it was bought for me for a Christmas or Birthday present when I was growing up and all these years later it still gets an outing now and then to learn a new game from it. Very good games from beginner to more advanced, and for a wide range of skills - reasoning, maths, and strategy - to name a few. Minimal equipment required for each game.
