I enjoy the show but I absolutely hate that they use so much glossy paint & that they clearly paint over chipped pant w/o sanding it or scraping it! I would refuse a house at any cost if they painted over chipped paint or used glossy paint! Glossy paint shows all the problem areas! PLEASE HAVE THEM USE EGGSHELL FINISH & sand or chip away all the old noticeable paint! It’s So nasty looking if They don’t!
