A film that did not need to be made. Terrible acting, bad prosthetics, and I can only assume they ran out of funding very suddenly because the movie just...ends, without an actual ending.

One of the best written shows to date. Real, fleshed-out characters you actually care about. Compelling story that has meaning without being too on-the-nose. Witty and funny and entertaining, I would definitely recommend giving Atlanta a go.

I initially avoided this show because I assumed it would be boring. Plus I didn't know anything about hacking and I thought that I wouldn't enjoy it because of that. Boy, was I wrong. This show gripped me immediately. It has a perfect pace (in season 1, anyway) and kept me up all night clicking "next episode." The cool camera angles and cinematography aside, the story is well crafted and the characters are original and interesting. Rami Malek is a great lead, but let's not forget Christian Slater pulling off the crazy guy with "good" intentions. Actually, there are a lot of great characters, all with their own moral compass and justifications for their often questionable actions. There are twists and turns and moments that left my jaw dropping. This show is 100% worth watching, and I only wish I had started it sooner. I left off a star because I have only seen the first season so can't really speak for the other 3.

Wow. It has been such a long time since I have watched a movie this good. I went into it with no expectations, and was utterly astounded at how much I enjoyed this movie. The mystery, the suspense, the seamless editing that reflected the essence of the story brilliantly. It made me sad, made me happy, it had some really profound moments that will stick with me forever. Synchronic is a lovely tale that didn't drag nor was cut short, and it leaves you with a lasting bittersweet feeling. Definitely would and will watch again.
