Without a doubt, one of my favorite anime series of all time! I've been watching the series since Z (we don't talk about GT), and I barely even mind the fillers anymore. It's one of the unique qualities that makes the show so good: the fact that they actually do the fillers the right way...looking at YOU, Naruto.
